Arduino Projects

Fire up your creativity and have fun programming robot circuits and electronics with NanoBeasts. Learn to program electronics using Arduino. This class will cover how to build robot circuits with sensors, setup the software, interfacing with computer, and program variety of electronic components for automation. Automate your room lights, garage door, fish feeder and convert your imagination into working model. Advanced level class includes projects that will allow you to control devices such as camera and switches remotely using mobile devices via internet. This class covers physics behind basic electronics, Ohm’s Law, C language to a level that student can program

Note: Please bring laptop to class. Price for this class does not include the cost of Arduino kit needed for this class. Arduino kit is available to buy at $40. Please feel free to bring your own Arduino kit if you have one.



Raspberry Pi for Beginners

Fire up your creativity and have fun programming robot circuits and electronics with NanoBeasts. Learn to program games, Minecraft, robots, sensors and much more using Raspberry Pi 3B. Raspberry Pi is the most adaptable and nifty piece of technology that will help you to learn python programming through fun projects. Projects and learning with Raspberry pi are endless. Our focus is to teach STEM using various tools that help student learning complex robotic functions and programming with fun and without rigorous training.  This class will cover how to build robot circuits with sensors, setup the software, interfacing with computer, and program variety of electronic components for automation. Automate your room lights, garage door, fish feeder and convert your imagination into working model. Advanced level class includes projects that will allow you to control devices such as camera and switches remotely using mobile devices via internet. Advanced registration is required in order to reserve your kit. Raspberry Pi is available to buy for $75. Please feel free to bring your own Raspberry Pi kit if you have one.
